Privacy Policy

WERNHERD technology s.r.o., with its registered office at Dětkovice 176, 798 04, Company ID 06652972, VAT ID CZ06652972, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno under file No. C 103424 (“we”), is the controller of the personal data you provide to us through this website.
We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on personal data processing. We always process your data only on the basis of a valid legal ground and only to the extent necessary for the given purpose.
What personal data we process
Contact form: your name, e-mail address, phone number (if provided) and the content of your message.
Technical data: when the form is submitted, we process your IP address to protect the website against spam and abuse (limiting the number of submitted messages). The website also uses the Google reCAPTCHA service (see below).
Purpose and legal basis of processing
We use the data from the contact form solely to handle your inquiry and for related communication with you. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We process the IP address and use the reCAPTCHA service on the basis of our legitimate interest in securing the website and protecting it against spam.
We do not use your data to send commercial communications, nor do we pass it on to third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention period
We keep the data from the contact form for the time necessary to handle your inquiry and the follow-up communication, but no longer than 2 years from our last mutual communication. If a contract is concluded, we keep the related data for the period required by law, in particular accounting and tax regulations.
Who has access to your data
We treat your personal data confidentially and do not sell or exchange it. To operate the website we use vetted processors: our hosting and e-mail service providers and Google Ireland Limited (the reCAPTCHA service).
Google reCAPTCHA and cookies
To protect the contact form against bots and spam we use the Google reCAPTCHA v3 service. For this purpose the service evaluates technical information about your browser and behaviour on the page and may store technical cookies. This processing is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
The website does not use marketing or analytics cookies.
Your rights
In connection with the processing of personal data you have the right to:
- request information about which of your personal data we process,
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data,
- request erasure of your personal data or restriction of its processing,
- object to the processing,
- request transfer of your data to another controller,
- withdraw any consent you have given.
